Characteristic of the West Coast IPA brewing style, the BRLO IPA also has distinctly strong hop aromas of tropical fruits, pine and a hint of herbs. As is usual for a West Coast IPA, the BRLO IPA does not skimp on hops; no less than 5 aroma hops were used. The addition of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, Hercules and Simcoe bring out the traditional strong fruity flavour with light pine and herbal notes particularly well. The nose can pick up wonderful scents of mandarin, citrus and other tropical fruits. These strong aromas that romp in the nose will be found again on the palate at the first sip. In terms of colour, the BRLO IPA is characterised by a warm golden yellow colour and produces a large-pored white head.
