BRLO Helles is BRLO's own interpretation of the German beer classic. The bottom-fermented brew was brewed with the hop varieties Opal, Spalter Select and Tettnanger and has an alcohol content of 5.0% vol. With only 25 bitterness units, it is not too bitter and the fine hop aromas come across wonderfully. In the glass, the BRLO Helles shimmers a clear straw blond. From the small white foam crown, malty and cereal nuances flow into your nose. Fine vanilla notes and fresh grassy accents can also be heard on the nose. The first sip brings out mild malt aromas and tart cereal accents that are underpinned by fine, slightly fruity apple notes. Well chilled, a wonderful after-work beer or simply the beer for good conversations and social gatherings.
